        • Trip Coordination: Once you book your tour, GBV team will reach out via WhatsApp to confirm your tour details, discuss available upgrades, answer any questions, and provide full support throughout your journey.
        • Payment: Once your booking details are finalized, we’ll send you an invoice along with payment instructions. Your ticket will be valid upon successful payment.
        • Physical Fitness: This tour involves long periods on a motorcycle. It's not suitable for individuals with back problems, heart conditions, pregnant women, children under 6 and adults over 70.
        • Tour Intensity: While we offer frequent breaks, please be prepared for long stretches on the bike. Some muscle soreness is expected.
        • Accommodation & Food: Our tour features stay in local homestays or basic guesthouses, offering an authentic experience. Meals consist of simple local cuisine. Please note that menu options might repeat due to the nature of the multi-day tour.
        • Group Size: To ensure your safety and comfort, our guided groups are limited to 11 participants. You may encounter other tour groups during your journey.
        • Tour Dates: Your chosen date is the Pick-up date; The Loop Start Date is the following day.
        • Surcharge: During national holidays, additional fees may apply from the tour & bus operators. We'll inform you of any extra charges when confirming your booking.
        What to bring

          Essentials in your backpack:

          • Comfortable clothes; sunscreen in summer & warm clothes in winter; shoes are not a good choice for rainy days.
          • Cash: for local snacks/drinks at stops
          • Camera/phones with large storage for wonderful videos & pictures

          Provided by Tour Operator: If you need warm coat, gloves, knee & elbow protectors, raincoat, please request our guide before the Loop starts.

          Pack smart: Keep essentials handy in a small bag for easy access while riding as your backpack will be firmly tied at the back of the motorbike. Your unnecessary luggage can be securely stored at our hostel in Ha Giang city for free until you come back from the Loop.
